BioFuel Networking Platform - Agro Trade
BioFuelCircle is a pioneering B2B marketplace connecting biomass producers, traders, and buyers across India's emerging biofuel ecosystem. As the sole designer, I owned the end-to-end UX, from discovery and user research through information architecture, prototyping, and final delivery. The core challenge was designing for 4 very different user types simultaneously. The result is a platform that bridges that gap, making complex supply chain transactions feel simple on both sides of the marketplace.

Report Writing AI Tool For Inspections
To tackle the blank-text-field paralysis inspectors faced when writing reports in the field, We designed and shipped a three-layer AI-augmented authoring system into production. A curated, categorized library gave inspectors validated remarks to draw from, GPT-4 generation with category-aware context injection produced tailored remarks when the library didn't have a match, and a feedback loop fed strong outputs back into the library so the system improved the more it was used. This AI layer was a core driver of the redesign's measurable impact, contributing to a 63% increase in conversion and 20 hours saved per inspector per week.
